Commercial Property due diligence best practices

Anyone have best practices out there you can share beyond the standard due diligence items such as building inspections, phase 1, appraisal?

Anyone do tenant interviews or review tenant credit/application & backgrounds during contingency period?

All feedback much appreciated.
