I am under contract to purchase a deal in the Midland TX area and am looking to connect with other investors, brokers, lenders, and contractors in the area!  I am from Colorado but will be in the area in the next month!  Please reach out if you are interested in connecting or know of any real estate meetups or events that would be good to attend while I am there.  I am primarily in the Self Storage industry but have done single family, multifamily, house hacking and flipping as well!

Just now seeing this post, a little late to the conversation. If there are a few others in the area, I'd be very interested in connecting. Working on getting my pre approval with a VA lender. Interested in multifamily units, if something comes available.

Specifically looking for a 4plex or less. Seems to be hard to find these types of units.

Yep, TX was never land constrained when building, so most opted for SFR, rarely duplex and even fewer 4 units. I've never seen a tri, 5-6 or 8-9 unit in TX before...

From what I’ve seen since this has been on my radar. It’s mostly in and amongst the inner cities. Dallas, Houston, Austin etc. May have to downsize to just duplexes here on out.
