Commercial Build-to-Lease Worksheets
Good afternoon,
I am curious if anyone has a worksheet (Excel or otherwise) that is tailored to a Build-to-Lease strategy on CRE. I have a potential long term hold deal involving purchase, demolition, re-build, and lease. I looked though the downloads section of BP, but didn't quite see something that fit my use. I'd love to see what some people here use to evaluate deals like this. If you have something that is a close fit, that would be great as well.
