Hello,

I have been looking to get involved with owning brick and mortar investments.  Currently my portfolio consists of tax liens and I just purchased my first distressed mortgage.  I am now ready to add an actual property I my portfolio.  Depending on who you speak with varies of pinions if SFRs are better than multiunits.  I, for one, think that one property with more "doors" s easier to maintain than several SFRs.

I am interested in finding a market that is able to support a beginning investor.  I do not have the millions required to get started in the big cities.  I have seen some 12 unit apt buildings for 100K but not sure if that is the way to go.  Seeking some advice here....
