Coming real estate bust?
I am fairly new to the site and real estate investment. My wife and I have a SFR rental and have a duplex under contract. I have seen several comments in the various forums regarding an upcoming real estate bust. Can anyone shed some light on why people are making these comments?
I do see an elevated level of flipping and building in my general area which makes me concerned that we will end up overbuilt but I don't have data to back that up.
