Typical commercial lease
I'm sorry for such a basic question, but I'm not very familiar with standard commercial leases. Ive only dealt in residential rentals. I'm in the process of negotiating a lease on some commercial property for another business of mine and I'm curious what I can ask for. Are triple net leases standard everywhere? Can we ask for the owner to pay moving expenses and renovation costs? What costs are standard on commercial leases?
