Commercial Financing Backed by Appraised Mineral Lease Rights

I have a client who owns the mineral lease rights to recover appraised and recoverable oil reserves of 175M. He currently has pump jacks recovering 20bpd and would like equipment financing in the amount of 15M to purchase additional equip. Is there a lender who would secure based on appraised mineral lease rights? Client does not own physical land, He does OWN the appraised mineral lease/recovery rights.
