Looking for Commercial Lender

I am a relatively new investor from California with 8 units. I am looking to take the next step and purchase a larger complex in San Pedro, CA of 8-16 units. One unit would be used as a primary residence. I would like to try my hand as a resident manager of a larger scale building. Is there a lender who would be willing to talk to me about my situation? Preferably one who has worked in San Pedro or in close vicinity. (Makes a possible meet up easier) Any advice or help from anyone else would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again, Tyler Turpin

The real estate market is unique, it's important to choose a real estate lender wisely to guide you through the process of buying commercial real estate. If you want to buy a commercial property for investment purpose then there is on platform which I would suggest, visit Property go. Basically they will connect you with the industry's leading lenders. You can select the lender that suit your project needs.
