Investor seeking investor friendly agents in Chicago areas
I am seeking investor friendly real estate agents that understand the investors side of the business. I am looking for discounted properties in the Southside of Chicago. I typically look for product in the "C" neighborhoods and generally stay out of the " war zones".
Product: I am looking for 5-50 unit buildings in the Chicagoland areas. I am seeking discounted product that needs rehab work so I can stabilize and keep for my rental portfolio.
