Be careful in your contractor selections!
As a newbie here, I don't have much to contribute generally. However, as I am in commercial HVAC, I have seen some awful work. I was on a roof the other day on a service call. The customer told me it was in their contract that the landlord was responsible for the repairs. If this is applies to you, keep reading. Now that I have your attention, please guys, if you're getting a really good price, i would advise you to reconsider as they may not be doing a great job.
This kind of work as shown in the pictures is absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention the crap job by the roofers, as I was practically swimming up there.
So I guess my point is this: If your HVAC contractor does mostly residential, don't let him touch your commercial property and vice versa. Don't just go for the lowest bidder, they may not know their *** from a hole in the ground.
