How can you assume commercial mortgage??
Hello there everyone!
I have an opportunity to assume a mortgage, when i buy the company that im looking at! The current owner has just turned 73, has battled cancer and doesnt want the bank to take it back!! And he want to retire, fancy that!
What is the best way to approach this matter? Obviously im new here and would aperciate any real advice!
