Success with Inudstrial Units in Ireland
Hi,
Greetings from Ireland.
New to BP and a rookie in real estate as hoping to save up and get looking into it next year.
I have 2 gyms in Ireland and a financial advisor told me last year my best bet would be to invest in Industrial Units as company assets etc.
Just I haven't came across anyone talking about how to be successful down this.
