I am looking at a 16 unit that is completely vacant..anyone have experience tackling a completely vacant apartment. Here are the details.

Purchase Price: $585,000
Rent rate: $700+ per unit
Estimated Rehab $256,000

Estimate repairs 16 units @ $16,000 = $256,000

* Estimated Annual Gross Rent: $134,400

* Property is currently vacant. Most units are in need of cosmetic
updates.
