Cash Out Refi On Land
I have a client in Houston, Texas area that owns two piece of land. One raw land and one land with a property on it producing $3K/month. She's looking to do a cash out refi on one land appraised at $1.1M with a $77K mortgage. Will bank/lender allow her to cash out refi this or will this be a challenge? She's looking to get cash to build townhouses on her land. Any direction is appreciated. Thank you!
