Backstory: Long time BP lurker here. I recently started in biz development for a commercial solar developer. Our investor owned utility has a rebate for commercial solar projects. My work history is in industrial brokerage & multifamily syndication. I threw this together with a full service lease on a recent redevelopment on the market, and was planning on sharing with the building owner and other commercial property owners. Wanted to gather some thoughts from others in the industry. Does this present real value in terms of NOI boost/reversionary cap rate?
