Commercial Wholesale Lot
I may have a commercial deal in the works. The seller is motivated and looking for half of tax assessed value.
I have five deals under my belt but never done commercial before. The 2 parcels would be 90K and they're in a nice location beside other thriving businesses.
I also would JV with another investor who's done this before, but I'm nervous. What should I be looking out for, doing differently, if anything?
