What does a property manager do on a daily basis?
I'm thinking about getting into the industry. What exactly does a property manager do for a commercial office building? Could someone give me an example of a day in the life of a property manager?

Steve and Jon- Yes. I still believe they need to be on 24 hour basis, and Jon- you are on 24 hour notice. I did have a couple large office buildings. One was run into at night. I also had an alarm go off in the common area entrance, 2 break ins and a couple other problems that I can't think of. I travel and play 24 hours a day and I want ZERO calls at inconvenient times. I do have 24 hour on apts storage units and SFRS in TX. Rich
