I was wondering what the best website is to find foreclosures or power of sale properties in Ontario. Thanks for the help.

@Neil Clifford . The Best way is to have a Realtor do a keyword search for you for the area that you want to buy within.
Many times the Banks will not all Realtors to put the words foreclosure or power of sale in the listing. However, if your Realtor does a key word search through the listings for works like bank, trust, etc. then there is a good chance the power of sales will show up as the owner will show as a bank or a trust company.

@Neil Clifford . My pleasure and if you know what area you want to focus on, I am sure I could help you find an expert in that area. And those Realtors do not charge anything for doing these searches. It can be set up by them as an automatic email so it is not a lot of work.
