" Motion for Substitution of Purchaser" for Foreclosure Sale??

I bought a foreclosure at a trustee sale in Maryland in My LLC for my brother.. I need to file a Motion for Substitution of 3rd party purchaser with the court to have the property put directly into my brother's name.. So, I don't have to pay double transfer taxes.

This is allowed and pretty common in Maryland.   Doesn't anyone have a previously filed motion for Substitution of Purchaser that I can use as a template?

I'm reasonably good at legal writing but would prefer to have something to start with ...

Thanks

Unless you are an attorney, you can't file the motion yourself. In Maryland entities (such as your LLC here, who necessarily would be requesting the relief) need to be represented by an attorney except in small claims cases. The Rule is 2-131(a)(2).

A license to practice law, if you have one, will permit you to do this.
