I need to find foreclosures and pre forclosures for free. Also what is the best way to fund these deals when I'm going to assign them to other buyers?
Iowa, from what I can tell, is a judicial foreclosure state. So the answer is... check your courthouse records. I would recommend you study the Iowa foreclosure laws, including the right of redemption and methods (if any) for foreclosure sale assignment.
all foreclosures must be published in the paper of general circulation in the county the property is in.. If there is no paper in the county then a regional paper or a legal publication. In the bigger cities there is a publication that does just legal notice's just subscribe to it.. and you will get every NOD probates.. Bids for construction work.. BK's and many other types of public notices.
