when foreclosure is a good thing
for some, there has to be a positive to foreclosure. there has to be an upside. if your credit is slammed, why not just live cash only for a few years? i would love to see more feedback from people who may have benefited from foreclosure, and what the benefits could potentially be. there has to be some hope out there.
