After the sale
First post, new to the site. Bought a home in "pre-foreclosure" last year and one off the market, both as investments. Went to first foreclosure sell last week. Suprised by the small amount of people there.
My question is where can i find information about what happens after the sale as far as what I am responsible for and how long I have to hold the property, taxes, etc.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
