Hi all, can anyone recommend a surveyor in northern NJ. I'm currently in contract for a REO and my attorney is suggesting I get one. Any help would be appreciated. Also, what type of cost for having land surveyed. Thanks.
If you don't think any confusion with the boundary lines then I don't think you need it, also if you are trying to fix and flip.
Moreover I would check with the lender first if he needs the survey for closing if not then why spend the 700 to 800 on survey.
In any case you can IM me and I can share a contact I have used in the past.
