How Best to Learn the Pre-Foreclosure/Foreclosure Process
Hello, I'm new to this site and forum. I have experience in real estate but not in pre-foreclosures and foreclosures. There are so many topics in this forum, it's hard to know where to go.
My question is what resource or book would be helpful in understanding how to do foreclosure deals from start to finish. I've heard so many horror stories that I don't want to make the same mistakes.
Is there someone out there that would be interested in providing some advice to those of us that are just starting out in this business? I'm a professional trainer and if someone were to teach me, then I would be willing to give back to the community what I've learned. I think that's the best way to learn.
