I'i have done rentals for a while now but new to flipping. just have my first rehable house in Modesto under contract. now, my question is two parts.
1. Since the house is 3bed and 1 bath, it's it a good idea to add an extra bathroom.
2. How do I go about finding a reasonable and trust worthy contractor.
