Foreclosure buying and flipping
Hi, I am looking for some advice please. My partner and I are based in Ireland and we are thinking of buying a foreclosure home in America but not sure which area. We have a foreclosure budget and our plan would be to do up the property and sell it on making money. I would appreciate any advice - any advice at all. E.g taxes, the plan is my partner would spend 6months doing up the property
