Hey how you guys doing, my name is Rigo and i need some help, can a LLC Company can buy a Bank Owned Property ??? like a Forclosure House, obviously im a Wholesaler and i know i can buy a Pre-Forclosure, but i cannot buy a Forclosure and we all know why, but can i buy it using a LLC ?

If you are paying cash on the courthouse steps, I don't think anyone cares who's buying it or what entity type is buying it.

I've done it a couple of times with no problems. The only problem I've had with my LLC is in trying to refinance these properties. The banks always want me to refinance them in my name, or take them out of the LLC before refinancing them.
