Using Zillow to find Leads?!
So, I know everyone has seen the Blue dots all over Zillow when you are looking at properties. But has anyone used that site to follow up on the foreclosure and/or pre-foreclosure listings? How does all that work? Can that be used to reach out to sellers to save them from foreclosure? what about the ones that say they are already foreclosed? are those bank owned? or just sitting there waiting to go to auction?
has anyone done this?
