Can a investor buy tax property 5years or older and Quiet the title immediately? Meaning there are no rights to redemption once the property is 5 or more years delinquent?

@Corey Key, the relevant trigger date for judicial redemption is the date of exclusive and continuous possession, not the date of purchase.  If you read my blog posts, they explain the different periods. Depending on circumstances, it might be some combination of three years from date of auction, three years from date of exclusive and continuous possession, one year from receipt by lienholder of CMRRR notice. There is a six month wait time before a certificate holder can file an ejectment lawsuit. To my knowledge, there is no time period of three months for anything.
