Due dilligence on an auction/REO
Im a buy and hold investor looking to get immersed in auctions/REO. Can anyone share their best resource for learning about the due diligence party of the strategy? Who is on your team? Agent, attorney? What kind of reports and searches do you do once you've gotten a short list of addresses going on the block? If this is location specific, I'm in the Pasco, Hillsborough and Pinellas counties of Florida (Tampa Bay MSA).
