OWNER OF PROPERTY IS DEAD . THE HOME GOES UP FOR AUCTION ON MEMPHIS COURTHOUSE 3/7/19 . The owner left no will . I have been in contact with the owner niece who wants to sell & who was her caregiver until the owners death . SHE IS NOT THE NEXT OF KIN . The owner leaves behind two elderly siblings .
Im not sure what my next step is ? the niece says the owner siblings do not want the property. one sibling lives in state one sibling lives out of state

go to the auction and buy it.. if the opening bid is too high it will revert to the lender who will then list it with a local agent or auction .com
