My first buy and hold deal.
So I'm experiencing a difficult time with financing (identity theft victim😕) I have this SF home In pre-foreclosure the ARV is $165k-$170k, the owners lay-off is $85k. I'm wanting to purchase the property with hard money but in doing so it might kill the deal for me; what should I do?
