Convert 2/1 to 2/2 or 3/1???
Hello everyone!
I am currently looking into potentially BRRRRing a property I have found. The property is a 2/1 with 1,136 sq ft. It has been on the market 157 days. I plan on making the property a 3/1 or a 2/2 to increase my ARV.
My question to all of you is which option has given you a better ARV 3/1 or 2/2? All of the comps in the area seem to lean more towards a 3/1. Just curious. Thank you for your time and God bless!
