NJ just enacted the "New Jersey Foreclosure Prevention Act" in anticipation of the wave of foreclosures after the Moratorium Expires. Under the law, the newly established program will allow the NJHMFA to purchase foreclosed residential properties in order to assist residents in retaining control of the properties. Any taughts are welcome.

@Steven Konopka - I bought a foreclosure in New Jersey. Listed July 2018. Winterized December 2014 based on stickers but abandoned in like 2011/2012. I think if anyone wants to stay in their property in New Jersey for 2-4 years during the foreclosure process for free, they will be able to.
