Hello everyone. Excuse my ignorance but I’m trying to fully wrap my head around tax liens vs tax deeds. When bidding on a property how does one figure out before hand if it’s a tax lien that is being auctioned or the actual deed? I’m in Allegheny County, Pa if that matters
Your state only does one or the other. Figure out which one Pa does and you have your answer.
Call the county appraisal district and ask them.
