Rental Property Rehab
I'm a new investor looking to purchase a 3-4 family property in the New Bedford, MA area. As far as rentals, what types of rehab work should I look for to add the most value in a BRRRR type investment. What types of repairs should I seek to avoid (ie foundation, structural, title V)? And any suggestions on strategies for getting the repairs done in a timely, cost effective manner. Thank you in advance!
