Investing Multi-family small apartments Nashville/Middle Tennesse
I recently obtained my LLC and have been looking to invest in a multi-family small apartment building here in the Middle Tennesse area. I am after 5-20 unit apartment buildings, that have upside where I can create some value. Such as management problems, lower rent, maybe need some rehab, or for some reason has some low occupancy. I want to stay out of warzones and I do not want any properties that are 100% vacant. I am looking forward to doing business with you. Thank you!
