I am trying to get qualified for a large loan and need an expert to review my financial statement before sending it to the bank

Why cant the bank review prior to submission, what is your goal, is this real estate related, why do you feel the need to have it reviewed by a third party?

I can review this before sharing it with my bank partners, how much are you trying to get approved for? Primary or rental? Could get qualified with a non- QM lender, no tax returns or pay stubs needed. Just need to see the down payment (20%) and 6 months reserve. IE - if you can show $200,000 you can be approved for $ 1 million
