Looking for an investment condo in Pompano Beach, Delray beach
I am a Realtor and Multifamily specialist in Worcester, MA. I am looking to buy a place so I can visit family in the area. I need an investment minded agent, who knows the area well, and can work with me remotely. I will come down a couple times a year to stay and would like to be able to rent the place out. Not sure if I should have a condo, house or multifamily. Open to all so I need an agent who can navigate this for me.
Anyone know someone like this who works that area?

Hey Brian. I am also from MA but have been living down in south FL for 15 years. I am both an investor and realtor based in Fort Lauderdale (about 30 minutes south of your target area) and would love to help you find the right place. Off the bat, I would generally advise on a SF or MF, especially if you are planning to use it for some STRs. We could get on a call sometime this week...I am actually in Boston at the moment so if you happen to be coming out this way on Tuesday or Wednesday morning, we could meet in person before I fly back down to FTL on Wednesday afternoon. Wish I had seen your post sooner!
