Out of State Investor

Hi everyone,

I am out of state investor who is looking forward to creating a team in Louisville. I'm a rookie in the real estate investing world but I am motivated to get started on the right path. Does anyone have any investor-friendly real estate agents they've worked with and they would recommend?

Hi @Joseph Viola, I do not personally know any in the L-ville but there are a ton of great ones on here.

Go to the "Find An Agent" tab at the top of the screen and you will be connected with an investor-friendly agent locally.
