Looking to buy a newer fourplex like this one
You can find a lot of them in Killeen TX
@Joe Gilroy I think it would be good to narrow down the location a bit first to maybe a city or two, it will help get a more focused search so you can start to see trends in specific markets. Once you've done that you can either search for properties on your own (zillow, realtor.com, etc) or find an agent in the area to help set up an automated MLS search, and you can filter the properties down to quadplexes build 1980 or later. An agent should also be able to also set it up for you to get emailed anytime something matching your criteria hits the market so you see it immediately.

How can I find areas that have fourplexes built 1980 or later ? I prefer Texas or Florida but can be flexible on location. TIA !
Out of curiosity why are you looking at builds after 1980?
Thanks Tom ! I will check that area out !
Thank you Brian for responding ! I will check it out !
Thank you Cameron for responding ! I prefer newer buildings because the maintenance should be easier and they look nicer too !

Get in touch with a local investor-agent.
An investor-agent has better access to market and off-market deals.
Good luck!

Likely due to lead paint not being an issue as well as asbestos.
I've seen a few listed in the St Pete area around or under 600k. I'm about to go look at some myself. Feel free to DM me, I can share some insight
Have you looked at Columbus, OH at all yet? Is there a reason you prefer it to be built after 1980?
