Hey everybody im a real estate agent in the state of Kansas and I am currently saving up rapidly for a down payment on a multifamily preferably wichita ks. What areas to avoid, any good lenders in that area and how should I go buying my first one. I want to go in with a quad. I currently own my home with a mortgage on it but my payments are very low 600 a month. Make me better

Make yourself better, network with others in your market and learn from them. Drive around the house you want to buy at night and see for yourself if the neighborhood is good

Finding a solid lender is crucial! I work with MF properties a lot and would love to point you in the right direction and connect!
