Outside of the usual suspects; LoopNet, Zillow, Crexi, Realty Exchange, MLS, etc. I think working with an investor friendly RE agent may be a good option. Also, getting on a wholesalers buyers list (Facebook is good for this) is a good idea! Hope this helps.

Find a networking event in your area. Wholesalers all over the place at those. Connect with them and get on their mailing lists. You usually aren't finding the best deals on public websites.
