
Efficient Probing Questions to Ask when Cold Calling?
Hi there! We're a seasoned investment company transitioning from SF homes to MF complexes. I am working on building our cold call script for potential MF sellers and want to be prepared to make the most out of each call, even if they are not interested in selling. I know building rapport is so important, and I have been great with that on SFH sellers, but have no experience with MF. I would love to hear from fellow investors with MF cold calling experience - feedback, examples and/or advice to get as much information from the seller as possible on those calls. If they say they aren’t selling right now, ask them if they are interested in buying more properties. Get their buy box. Let them know some of the deals you have in the pipeline. Investors who are buying always want to hear about deals.
