Looking for guidance in Syndication San Antonio

I'm a real estate agent from San Antonio and would like to connect with someone with Syndication experience because I am coming across some deals and clients looking to invest.

@Luis Borrego, are you in San Antonio? I am an active syndicator and have ~600 doors across FL, GA, and TX (Dallas). Our "buy box" is value-add, 85+ units, in C+ to B areas. If what you're seeing fits in this box, let's chat.
Get out to some real estate investor meetings. Ask other local agents. Look to commercial brokers. OR give me a call. I have recently purchased an RV Park through a syndication. I have several friends who have done over 100+mil in syndications around San Antonio and South Texas. Everyone working together is what will help everyone. I am always looking for partners to work with so that we can both grow in deals and knowledge.
