Looking for Indiana Wholesalers or Commercial Brokers

At this point I am in need of a great commercial broker in Indianapolis, IN. I am looking for value add opportunities in multifamily 20+ units with all in amount of $500k - $1.5MM with acquisition and rehab maybe a little over. I am partnering with a group of investors to purchase these properties but I really need access to the great opportunities. Raising money is the easy part but having deal flow is the hard part with commercial value add opportunities. If anyone is in the Indianapolis market or knows someone who is a good commercial broker I would appreciate the opportunity to talk with them. I would rather work with someone who is recommended rather than me just pick up a phone and call a random broker. Thanks and I look forward to hearing your feedback.
