CREDIT PARTNERING

Hello there, I am fairly new to the investing world. What I would like to do is buy and hold creating good cash flow. I am trying to get an Fha loan so my credit is in the process of being worked on but until then to get this ball rolling faster is there anything anyone can suggest I can do, maybe have someone co-sign or something ? plese let me know what you would suggest.
