If you own a small apartment in the Knoxville area, let's talk

I am interested in speaking to someone in the Knoxville area who owns one or more small apartment complex. By small apartment, I mean bigger than 8 units, but not more than 30-ish. I'm interested in getting into this market and want to learn from you.
