Hello All, What are the major pitfalls when syndicating a larger asset? Also, please feel free to elaborate on the do's and don'ts in a multi-family syndicated larger deal... I'm a newbie to the bp forum. My goals for 2017 are to network and acquire 50-100 units through syndication . Thank you
