Experiences with Rent Controlled Properties?
So I'm looking to hear from someone who has experience with owning a rent-controlled building. There's been a lot of government programs where I'm at and one just went on the market and I see good value in the unit. Can anyone speak to the differences between typical apartment investing? Not just as far as the types of people but even what you've seen as far as seed capital, maintenance costs, other things to be aware of.
